Guest Ratings & Reviews
The Junior Suite at this hotel is simply perfect, exactly as depicted in the pictures and layout. It's well-equipped with air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Located right outside Saint Lazare Station, the room remains surprisingly quiet despite being next to a noisy main street. The size is decent for Paris, and the cleanliness is spot on.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with great views at an unusual price for large cities like Paris. The service was mixed, with friendly and unhelpful staff. Its location near St Lazare Station is convenient, though the dining options were simple. Overall, a good value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The Junior Suite was well worth it, overlooking the courtyard and located right outside Saint Lazare Station. Although it's along a lively street, the noise was hardly noticeable. However, the rooms didn't match the pictures and lacked cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable and well-equipped space. However, the service had its ups and downs, with some staff being extremely helpful while others lacked courtesy. The location was excellent, close to key attractions in Paris, albeit being situated above a potentially noisy establishment. The dining experience varied, with some meals being elaborate and enjoyable while others were of lower quality. Overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; it's so convenient with the metro station nearby. The rooms were nice and super quiet, but a bit small for the price. The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help with canceling my cards. The dining experience was quite nice in the morning, especially with the Genius booking benefit of free breakfast. The hotel's proximity to St Lazare Station and major spots made my stay very easy and enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but facing the street, which could be noisy at night. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro, but being right beside the road and metro station meant constant noise. The service was genuinely lovely overall, with helpful staff, particularly at check-out.
